المؤسسة في ظل التحولات المعاصرة : قراءة سوسيولوجية تحليلية في ضوء الإتجاهين الوظيفي والصراعي

الملخص
ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة دور المؤسسات في ظل التحولات المعاصرة من منظور سوسيولوجي، وذلك من خلال تحليل الإشكالية المتعلقة بكونها فضاء للضبط الاجتماعي أو مجالا لإعادة إنتاج اللامساواة والصراع الاجتماعي. ينطلق التحليل من مقاربة جدلية تجمع بين الاتجاه الوظيفي الذي يرى أن المؤسسة تؤدي دورا أساسيا في الضبط الاجتماعي، فهي آلية أساسية لتنظيم سلوك الأفراد داخل المجتمع وتحقيق الاستقرار والتوازن والتكامل الاجتماعي عبر ترسيخ القواعد والمعايير . في المقابل يؤكد أنصار الاتجاه الصراعي أن المؤسسة ليست محايدة بل تسهم في تكريس علاقات الهيمنة وإعادة إنتاج اللامساواة الاجتماعية بين الفاعلين الاجتماعيين في المجتمع. وتبرز الدراسة أن التحولات المعاصرة مثل العولمة والتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والتنظيمية قد أعادت تشكيل أدوار ووظائف المؤسسات وعمقت التناقضات داخلها، وجعلتها فضاء مركبا تتداخل فيه آليات الضبط مع ديناميات الصراع، ما يستدعي قراءة سوسيولوجية نقدية وتكاملية لفهم وظائفها وتحولاتها في المجتمعات المعاصرة. Abstract: This study examines the role of institutions in light of contemporary transformations from a sociological perspective, through an analysis of the problem of whether they are a space for social control or a field for reproducing inequality and social conflict. The analysis stems from a dialectical approach that combines the functionalist view that the institution plays a fundamental role in social control, as it is a basic mechanism for regulating the behavior of individuals within society and achieving stability, balance and social integration through the establishment of rules and standards. In contrast, proponents of the conflict approach assert that the institution is not neutral but rather contributes to perpetuating relations of domination and reproducing social inequality among social actors in society. The study highlights that contemporary transformations such as globalization and economic, social, cultural and organizational changes have reshaped the roles and functions of institutions and deepened the contradictions within them, making them a complex space in which control mechanisms intertwine with the dynamics of conflict, which calls for a critical and integrative sociological reading to understand their functions and transformations in contemporary societies.
