Issue Of Cultural Transmission: The Space Of Untranslatable

Abstract
Just as learning a language allows access to a new culture, access to other languages through translation allows access to other cultures. Language being an important receptacle of shared beliefs, any translation can neither economize the cultural nor dissociate it from linguistics. Whether it is texts of current communication, literature or specialized, of human or automatic translation. A problematic seems to impose itself on every translator whose main purpose is to transfer the content – charged with effective and cultural values – of the source language to the target language with a minimum of loss.
