الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم مستويات جودة البرامج التدريبية للأستاذ الجامعي، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كأدة تم توزيعها بطريقة عشوائية على عينة الدراسة الأساسية المكونة من (78) أستاذا، وكانت نتائج الدراسة – انطلاقا من تحليلها على برنامج - spss ان جودة البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للاساتذ الجامعي بمستوى كبير، حيث جاء بعد التخطيط بأعلى متوسط (4.12) يليه بعد التنفيذ (3.81)، في حين جاء بعد التقييم بدرجة متوسطة (2.99)، وما تؤكده هاته النتائج ان جودة البرامج التدريبية تسهم بشكل ملموس في تطوير الكفاءة المهنية للاستاذ الجامعي، مع ضرورة العمل على تحسين آليات التقييم قبل وأثناء وبعد البرامج التدريبية لقياس الاثر الحالي والممتد للتدريب. The study aimed to assess the quality levels of training programmes for university professors. The descriptive method was adopted and the questionnaire was distributed randomly to the main study sample of (78) professors. The results of the study - based on its analysis on the SPSS program - were that the quality of training programs provided to university professors was at a high level, withe the planning dimension having the highest mean (4.12), followed by the implementation dimension (3.81), while the evaluation dimension came with a mean score of (2.99). these results indicate that the quality of training programmes contributes significantly to the development of the university professors, it is necessary to improve the evaluation mechanisms before, during and after training programmes to measure the current and extended impact of the training programmes.
