دور الشرطة السياحية في حماية التراث المخطوط

الملخص
انطلاقا من أهمية التراث المخطوط وضرورة الحفاظ عليه نظرا لكونه يسمح بإعادة بعث مؤلفيه ومنحهم حياة أخرى، وكذا يتيح فرصة الاستفادة من أفكارهم وتطويرها متى أمكن ذلك، لأن بناء الحضارة وإعادة بعثها يكون بالاستمرارية وليس بالقطيعة بين الماضي والحاضر، وإن الحفاظ على هذا النوع من التراث يقتضي إيجاد هيئة تتولى ذلك، وتعتبر الشرطة السياحية التي تم إنشاؤها في العديد من الدول أحد أبرز هذه الهيئات التي يمكن أن تساهم في حماية المخطوط. وقد تم من خلال هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على هذا الجهاز بهدف الوقوف على دوره في حماية المخطوط والعراقيل التي يواجهها، ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها هي ضرورة دعم الشرطة السياحية في مجال حماية المخطوط من خلال إنشاء فرقة أو مصلحة متخصصة في هذا المجال وإخضاعها للتكوين المناسب. Given the importance of manuscript heritage and the necessity of preserving it, given that it allows for the revival of its authors and their subsequent lives, as well as the opportunity to benefit from and develop their ideas whenever possible, the building and revival of civilization is achieved through continuity, not through a rupture between the past and the present. Preserving this type of heritage requires the creation of an agency to undertake this task. The tourist police, established in many countries, is one of the most prominent of these agencies that can contribute to manuscript protection. This research sheds light on this body with the aim of identifying its role in manuscript protection and the obstacles it faces. One of the most prominent findings is the need to support the tourist police in the field of manuscript protection by establishing a specialized unit or department in this field and providing it with appropriate training.
