The Impact Of Hosting The International Sporting Event – Mediterranean Games Oran 2022 – On Tourism In Algeria

Abstract
This study aims to assess the impact of hosting the international sporting event—the Mediterranean Games Oran 2022—on tourism in Algeria. The research was conducted on a sample comprising tourists and members of the Algerian community who experienced the eventinsert your The findings reveal a statistically significant impact at a significance level of ≤ 0.05 for the dimensions of planning and organization on tourism. However, no statistically significant effect was found for the dimensions of physical evidence and infrastructure. As for income, the results indicate a statistically significant impact at the same level of significance (≤ 0.05).
