Abstract

Sexual harassment in the workplace is a social phenomenon that is old in work societies, but recently found in sociological studies. There are many statistics that show this in sociology research. What we point out in this study is understanding sexual harassment in the workplace with a qualitative methodology, and we try to understand its different forms at workplace.
