الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث جزءا مما تداوله الفقهاء والعلماء في تقرير الأحكام الشرعية العملية والعلمية، مما استندوا فيه إلى رأي سيبويه دليلا مرجحا أصلا أو تبعا أو استئناسا. ويهدف إلى بيان العلاقة بين علوم اللغة العربية، والعلوم الشرعية في جانبها التعبدي، والموافقة والتعزيز لأهمية اللغة العربية ، وبيان ضرورة اطّلاع المُشتغلِ باللغة العربية ـ ولو إجمالا ـ على العلوم الشرعية، خاصة علم أصول الفقه الذي خرج من رحمه علم أصول النحو. Abstract: This research tackles a part of which has been discussedamong Fakihs and scientists in the determination of sharia rules related to acts and knowledge, where they considered Sebawayeh opinion as a weighting proof itself, depending on, or just additional. And it aims to express the relation between Arabic sciences, and sharia sciences in its worshiping side, and the approval and reinforcement of the importance of Arabic language for sharia science student, and the non-separation of Arabic language student from the examination even globally of the sharia sciences especially Fikh principles science, from which it comes Arabic language rules principles.
