الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى الصحة النفسية للإناث ضحايا الاعتداء الجنسي ، والتوافق النفسي اجتماعي، بالاعتماد على مقياسي: الصحة النفسية ( SCL-R-90) (45 التوافق النفسي اجتماعي، شملت الدراسة (45) أنثى ضحية اعتداء جنسي في الجزائر، تتراوح اعمارهن بين (14- 45) سنة، متبعين المنهج الوصفي بمقاربة عيادية، الذي يقوم على أساس كمي، تم اجراء الدراسة في بعض المناطق بالجزائر( قالمة، قسنطينة، تيبازة) لعينة من مختلف الولايات تتواجد بمراكز ومؤسسات تكفل ضحايا الاعتداء الجنسي ومن هن في وضع صعب. أسفرت النتائج على: تدني مستوى الصحة النفسية للضحايا وفق أبعاد المقياس التسعة. - انخفاض مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي العام لضحايا الاعتداء الجنسي. توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الصحة النفسية والتوافق النفسي اجتماعي للضحايا، فمن خلال مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي يمكن لنا توقع مستوى على الصحة النفسية للضحايا : The study aims to: Knowing the relationship bitewing mental health level after being attacked of female victims of sexual assault in Algeria, and the level of psychosocial compatibility,Study methodology: In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was chosen with the adoption of the clinical approach according to the following methodological steps: Study methodology: In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was chosen with the adoption of the clinical approach according to the following methodological steps: - Coding of the obtained data to perform a statistical analysis of the data based on the (SPSS) program. Using a form to collect sociodemographic and economic data for the victims. The sample of the study included (45) intentional female victims of sexual assault, whose ages range between (14-46) years, in various institutions that take care of victims of violence). Guelma, Constantine, Tipaza( Results: - Low level of mental health, as it suffers from: Through an increase in symptoms of mental health dimensions. - low level of general psychosocial compatibility for women’s - there is a statistically significant correlation between mental health and the psychosocial adjustment of the victims. Through the level of psychosocial adjustment, we can predict the level of psychological health of the victims
