تكوين الموارد البشرية في الخياطة التقليدية كآلية لتحقيق الاقتصاد الدائري

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة الدور المحوري والاستراتيجي الذي يلعبه تكوين الموارد البشرية في تحقيق مبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري في قطاع الحرف التقليدية وبالأخص الخياطة التقليدية، خاصة في ظل التحديات البيئية والاجتماعية التي يفرضها النموذج الخطي للأزياء السريعة، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مساهمة تكوين الموارد البشرية في الخياطة التقليدية من خلال تعزيز المهارات اللازمة لدعم الدائرية. وقد أظهرت الدراسة دور تكوين الموارد البشرية في الخياطة التقليدية في زيادة الكفاءة الدائرية من خلال الاعتماد على التصميم المستدام للمنتجات، ونشر ثقافة الإصلاح لدى المستهلكين. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني استراتيجيات تكوين شاملة تضمن إلى جانب دمج المنهج الدائري في مختلف البرامج التكوينية للحرفيين ضرورة إدماج الرقمنة في هذا القطاع بما تحمله من إيجابيات لتعزيز الدائرية والتكيف مع المستجدات العالمية. ويخلص المقال إلى اعتبار تكوين الموارد البشرية في الخياطة التقليدية محركا أساسيا لتعزيز مبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري وتحقيق النمو المستدام. This study addresses the pivotal and strategic role played by human resource development in achieving the principles of the circular economy within the traditional crafts sector, particularly traditional sewing, in light of the environmental and social challenges imposed by the linear model of fast fashion. The aim of this research is to analyze the contribution of human resource training in traditional sewing by enhancing the skills required to support circularity. The findings highlight that developing human resources in traditional sewing enhances circular efficiency through the adoption of sustainable product design and the promotion of a repair culture among consumers. The study recommends adopting comprehensive training strategies that, in addition to integrating the circular approach into various artisan training programs, emphasize the integration of digitalization into this sector, given its potential to foster circularity and adaptability to global transformations. The paper concludes that human resource development in traditional sewing represents a key driver for strengthening the principles of the circular economy and achieving sustainable growth.
