La Prise En Charge De L’aphasie En Milieu Clinique Algérien

Résumé
Our present work focuses on the description of the procedure followed by the speech therapist in the analysis of the language of aphasics and the tools used in its management. The aim is to reflect on the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of these procedures in the evaluation and treatment of aphasia, and to deduce, therefore, the most adequate method (from our point of view) in the evaluation and the management of aphasia. In this perspective, we gave a general overview of the methods and tools used in the evaluation of aphasia in the Algerian clinical environment. Then, trace the steps followed in establishing the diagnosis of aphasics. We will present a model as a prototype for the management of a subject with Broca's aphasia. We will finish by presenting the problems encountered by the clinician in clinical practice. Notre présent travail est axé sur la description de la procédure suivie par l’orthophoniste dans l’analyse du langage des aphasiques et des outils utilisés dans sa prise en charge. Le but est de réfléchir sur l’efficacité ou l’inefficacité de ces procédures dans l’évaluation et le traitement de l’aphasie, et déduire, par conséquent, la méthode la plus adéquate (de notre point de vue) dans l’évaluation et la prise en charge de l’aphasie. Dans cette perspective, nous avons donné un aperçu général sur les méthodes et les outils utilisés dans l’évaluation de l’aphasie dans le milieu clinique algérien. Puis, tracer les étapes suivies dans l’établissement du diagnostic des aphasiques. Nous présenterons un modèle comme prototype de la prise en charge d’un sujet atteint d’aphasie de Broca. Nous finirons par la présentation des problèmes rencontrés par le clinicien dans la pratique clinique.
