الملخص
تعتبر العلاقة الجنسية جانبا مهما في الحياة الزوجية كون الجنس أقوى غريزة عند الانسان وأشدها تأثيرا، كما أن هذه العلاقة يمكن أن تتأثر بفعل عدة عوامل كتعرض المرأة لعملية استئصال تخص عضو يمس هويتها الأنثوية كالرحِم، هدفت دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على الحياة الجنسية للزوجين بعد عملية استئصال المرأة لرحِمها، وذلك من خلال طرحنا للتساؤل الرئيسي لإشكالية هذه الدراسة: ما مآل الحياة الجنسية للزوجين بعد استئصال الرحمي للمرأة؟ ولنيل فهم أكثر تم تبني دراسات قاعدية ذات أساس امبريقي لدعم دراستنا تم اعتماد المنهج العيادي، لاستكشاف موضوعي الحياة الجنسية واستئصال الرحِم. وتبيّن أن المرأة تعيش ألما نفسيا بليغا نتيجة الاستئصال الرحمي، الأمر الذي يؤثر على حياتها العاطفية والجنسية بسبب شعورها بالنقص خاصة بالنسبة لأنوثتها وخصوبتها، فضلا عن التغيرات الجسدية التي تطرأ عليها بعد العملية خاصة فيما يتعلق بتعقيدات المرض، التي تعرقل العلاقة الجنسية بينهما. الأمر الذي يشعر المرأة بالنقص والتقصير اتجاه واجباتها الزوجية والتي قد تكون سببا في تغير زوجها نحوها. the sexual relationship is considered an important aspect of married life, as sex is the strongest and most influential human instinct. This relationship can also be affected by several factors, such as a woman undergoing a surgical removal of an organ that is central to her feminine identity, like the uterus. Our study aimed to shed light on the sexual life of couples after a woman undergoes a hysterectomy, by posing the main research question of this study: What is the outcome of the sexual life of couples after a woman’s hysterectomy? To gain a deeper understanding, foundational studies with an empirical basis were adopted to support our research, and the clinical method was employed to explore the subjects of sexual life and hysterectomy. It was found that women experience profound psychological pain as a result of hysterectomy, which affects their emotional and sexual life due to feelings of inadequacy, particularly regarding their femininity and fertility, in addition to the physical changes that occur after the operation, especially those related to disease complications, which hinder the sexual relationship between the couple. This situation causes the woman to feel insufficient and neglectful of her marital duties, which may lead to changes in her husband’s attitude toward her.
