الملخص

ملخص توضح الدراسة ماهية الهجرة خاصة غير الشرعية منها و تبحث في عواقبها ذات الديناميكية المعقدة الاسباب و الوسائل وتسليط الضوء على التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية,و اجابة تساؤلات تتعلق بذلك مع اعتماد مقاربة حقوق الانسان و الامن الانساني وفق طروحات تنحسر فيها حجم و تنوع معاناة المهاجرين.أصبح من الضروري إيجاد ميثاق عالمي يتفق فيه جميع دول العالم على رؤى استشرافية جديدة لرعاية شؤون المهاجرين أيا كانت مسمياتها و الأسباب و النتائج التي تمخضت عنها تركهم لبلادهم للحصول على حياة افضل يكون لكرامتهم و خصوصية هويتهم و مستقبلهم الاولوية وفق ماتقتضيه المبادئ العالمية لحقوق الإنسان لبناء سلام دولي اساسه لغة حوار مشتركةانسانية المنهج و التطبيق . الكلمات المفتاحية: بناء السلام . التحديات الدولية , الهجرة ,الامن الانساني , الاقتصاد الاخضر التنموي Migration and Human Security Requirements Abstract : This study deals with the concepts of migration, especially illegal one, and examines its consequences with complex dynamics, causes and means, trying to reduce its negative effects achieving the possible degree of positiv solutions by adopting human security rights approaches to reduce the suffering of migrants. The study aimed to shed light on economic, social and political challenges & the problems that resulted from migration. It has become necessary to create a global compact in which all countries of the world agree on new forward-looking visions to take care of the affairs of migrants, and their future are a priority in accordance with the universal principles of human rights to build international peace based on human approaches.
