الهجرة اليهودية بين مفهوم الهجرة والتهجير دراسة سسيو تاريخية Jewish Immigration Between The Concept Of Migration And Displacement A Historical Study

الملخص
الهجرة ، بمعناها العام هي انتقال فرد أو مجموعة أفراد من مكان الى آخر، أو من دولة الى أخرى بقصد الإقامة الدائمة لأسباب شتى وأغراض مختلفة.. أما التهجير فعلى النقيض من ذلك، فانتقال الأفراد او الجماعات يحصل نتيجة رغبة أو هدف تحمله فئة معينة ممثلة بحكومة أو منظمة أو حزب او أي من التسميات الأخرى، فعندما تعجز هذه عن دفع فئات معينة للهجرة نحو الأماكن التي تحددها بالطرق والأساليب الاعتيادية تلجأ الى البحث عن مصادر أخرى لدفعهم للهجرة كافتعال الحوادث الإرهابية، وهذا ما نراه واضحاً في الأساليب التي اتبعتها الحركة الصهيونية في روسيا عام 1881 وخلال الحرب العالمية الثانية في ألمانيا وأوربا الشرقية لتهجير اليهود نحو فلسطين، وما فعلته في الأقطار العربية مثل: العراق والمغرب وكذلك اليمن فيما عرف بعملية البساط السحري. وبهذه الأساليب يكون المصطلح الأدق لمثل هذه العمليات هو(التهجير) الذي يسمى أحياناً (الهجرات الإجبارية) او (التهجير الإجباري). ومن خلال هذه البحث سأحاول تسليط الضوء على هذه الازدواجية في المفهوم ، وكيف تعاملت معها الحركة الصهيونية بخصوص تشجيع اليهود من شتى انحاء العالم للانتقال الى فلسطين تنفيذا لمشروعها الاستعماري الاستيطاني. Abstract Migration, in its general sense, is the movement of an individual or group of individuals from one place to another, or from one state to another with the intention of permanent residence for various reasons and purposes. On the other hand, displacement is the result of a desire or objective of a particular group represented by a government Or an organization or party or any of the other names, when unable to pay certain groups to migrate to the places identified by the usual methods and methods resort to search for other sources to induce them to migrate as a terrorist incidents, and this is what we see clearly in the methods followed by the Zionist movement in Russia in 1881 During World War Mieh second in Germany and Eastern Europe to displace the Jews to Palestine, and what I did in Arab countries such as Iraq, Morocco and Yemen, as well as in the process known as the magic carpet. In these methods, the most precise term for such operations is "displacement", sometimes called "forced migration" or "forced displacement". Through this research I will try to shed light on this duplication in the concept, and how the Zionist movement dealt with it to encourage Jews from all over the world to move to Palestine in order to implement its settlement colonial project
