الإنسان بين ثبات القيم وتغير الوسائل في ظل ثورة الذكاء الاصطناعي وانعكاساتها

الملخص
يدور موضوع هذا البحث حول تكنولوجية الذكاء الاصطناعي، الذي انتشر استعماله في كل المجالات، بحيث لم يُعد يُستغنى عنه، بما يوفره من خدمات متعددة، وما يحققه من منافع كثيرة؛ فهو عالم لا حدود له، فرض نفسه في واقع الناس. فإذا كانت منافعه تزداد بتوسع برامجه، فمضاره الخفية والظاهرة بالغة الخطورة، وصعبة المعالجة، باتت تشغل بال المختصين والتربويين من تدخل هذه التكنولوجية الجديدة في حياة الإنسان، والاعتداء على خصوصيته وحقوقه، والمساس بالأمن العام والقيم الأخلاقية. ومن الخطأ الدعوة إلى رفض الذكاء الاصطناعي جملة، ومعاداة استعماله بالنظر إلى مفاسده ومساسه بالأمن، وإنما يحتاج إلى تشجيع ابتكاراته النافعة، وترشيد تطبيقاته، وتوجيهه لأغراض علمية وسلمية، ليسهم في التنمية والتطور والرفاهية. ومن هنا وجب معالجة تكنولوجية الذكاء الاصطناعي وفق قواعد الشريعة الثابتة ومقاصدها السامية، من أجل ضبط توظيفه، وأخلقة استعماله، وتوجيه برامجه، وتسخيره لخدمة الإنسان ونفع البشرية، وفق ضوابط شرعية واضحة، ومبادئ أخلاقية مقبولة، وقوانين ولوائح صارمة، حتى لا يتحول إلى ذريعة لإشاعة الفساد، وانتهاك الخصوصيات والحرمات، أو يُسخّر للسيطرة والنهب والتعدي على الحقوق. Abstract: The subject of this research revolves around artificial intelligence technology, which has proliferated in various fields to the extent that it has become indispensable due to the multiple services it provides and the numerous benefits it achieves. While its benefits increase with the expansion of its applications, its hidden and apparent harms are significantly severe and challenging to address. This has raised concerns among specialists and educators about the implications of this new technology on human life particularly regarding privacy and rights violations, public security and moral values. It is inaccurate to call for a complete rejection of artificial intelligence or to oppose its use based on its harms and its negative impact on security. Instead, there is a need to encourage its beneficial innovations, rationalize its applications, and direct it to scientific and peaceful purposes, in order to contribute to development, progress and well-being. Hence, artificial intelligence technology have to be addressed in accordance with the fixed rules of Sharia and its noble purposes, in order to regulate its application, ethical use, program direction, and harnessing it to serve humanity and benefit society within clear legal frameworks, acceptable ethical principles, and strict laws and regulations, so that it does not turn into a pretext for spreading corruption, violating privacy and sanctities, or being harnessed to dominate, loot and infringe on rights.
