دراسة تحليلية لمدى اتباع إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات الجامعية -كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة سكيكدة-an Analytical Study Of The Extent To Which Crisis Management Is Followed In University Institutions - Faculty Of Economics, Business And Management Sciences, Skikda University-

الملخص

Crisis management is an important topic at the present time, as the world is undergoing developments and crises that require treatment and the search for solutions. Among the institutions that follow crisis management are universities, as they are affected by any change that occurs in the external environment. The study also aims to shed light on the study of the topic of crisis management and its dimensions, theoretically and practically. To address the study's problematic, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the statistical packages program was used to address the applied aspect and reach the desired results. A sample was selected from the study community and a questionnaire was distributed to them. The study concluded that there is moderate reliance, as the arithmetic mean was estimated at: 1,3533 for crisis management at the studied college, and the significance level was estimated at: 0.001, i.e. less than 0.05. We also recommend the necessity of relying on the dimensions of crisis management.عد موضوع إدارة الأزمات موضوع مهم فيا لوقت الحالي، كون العالم يمر تطورات وازمات تستدعي المعالجة والبحث عن الحلول. ومن المؤسسات التي تتبع إدارة الأزمات المؤسسات الجامعية كونها تتأثر بأي تغير يحدث في المحيط الخارجي. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دراسة موضوع إدارة الأزمات وأبعادها نظريا وتطبيقيا، ولمعالجة إشكالية الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية لمعالجة الجانب التطبيقي والتوصل على النتائج المرجوة، تم اختيار عينة من مجتمع الدراسة وتوزيع الاستبيان عليهم. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك اعتماد متوسط حيث قدر المتوسط الحسابي بـ: 1,3533 لإدارة الأزمات بالكلية المبحوثة، ومستوى الدلالة قدر بـ: 0,001 أي أصغر من 0,05. كما نوصي بضرورة الاعتماد على أبعاد إدارة الأزمات.
