مجتمع المعرفة والضوابط الأخلاقية للذكاء الاصطناعي

الملخص
يشهد العالم اليوم ثورة غير مسبوقة في مجال التكنولوجيا والتقنية، ولا شك أن المعرفة هي التي كانت من وراء ذلك، فهي المحرك الأساسي للتنمية والتقدم، فقد أصبحت قوة إنتاجية مركزية ، أعادت تشكيل ملاح المجتمع، ولذلك أصبح مجتمع المعرفة سمة العصر، و يعتبر الذكاء الاصطناعي أحد مخرجاته ، ويعد هذا الأخير من أعظم الانجازات التكنولوجية في العصر الحديث،وهذا لما يقدمه من خدمات جليلة تتمثل في تحسين جودة الحياة وتطوير الرعاية الصحية، و التعليم وكذا الاقتصاد ...الخ، فقد أصبح قوة محركة لمجتمع المعرفة، لكن لا يخلو هذا الأخير من مخاطر كفقدان الوظائف، وتهديد الخصوصية، والتحيز واتساع الفجوات المعرفية بين المجتمعات وغيرها من السلبيات، الشيء الذي طرح تحديات أخلاقية عميقة، وأثار مخاوف وقلق الباحثين لغياب إطار أخلاقي متماسك في توجيه تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي ، ومن هنا برزت الحاجة إلى ضوابط أخلاقية تواجه مسار الذكاء الاصطناعي نحو خدمة الإنسان وضمان كرامته، وضمان الشفافية والمساءلة وتعزيز القيم الانسانية. The world is currently experiencing an unprecedented revolution in technology, driven unequivocally by knowledge. Knowledge is the primary engine of development and progress, having transformed into a central productive force that has reshaped societies. Consequently, the knowledge society has become a defining characteristic of our era. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a prime outcome of this knowledge society and is considered one of the greatest technological achievements of modern times. AI offers invaluable services, including improving quality of life, advancing healthcare, education, and the economy, among other fields. It has become a driving force for the knowledge society. However, AI is not without its risks. These include job displacement, threats to privacy, bias, and widening knowledge gaps between societies, among other drawbacks. These issues have raised profound ethical challenges and caused concern among researchers due to the absence of a coherent ethical framework to guide AI technologies. This underscores the urgent need for ethical controls to steer AI's trajectory towards serving humanity, ensuring human dignity, promoting transparency and accountability, and reinforcing human values.
