Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the reality of educational evaluation in the middle school stage, as well as to identify the differences among middle school teachers in their use of educational evaluation strategies within the framework of pedagogy competency approach on the variables of teaching subject and training. The survey method was adopted in this study, and after administering the questionnaire to a sample of (400) male and female teachers in Bouira Province. The study found differences among middle school teachers in their use of educational evaluation strategies within the context of competency teaching pedagogy, based on the variables of teaching subject and training.
