تَـمثُّلات الإضمار بين الخطاب الأصولي والتداولي: قراءة في المفاهيم والمسالك والدلالات

الملخص
ملخص يهدف المقالُ إلى استنطاقِ المضامينِ المفهوميةِ والنسقية التي قامَ عليها الإضمار بينَ الخطابين الأصوليِّ والتداوليِ، قصد بيان فروقه الحدِّية الحاصلِ بينهما، ومعرفة المسالك الموصلة إلى تعيينه، وفهم مقاصده الخاطبيَّة التي يرمي كل واحد منهما للوصول إليها، وذلكَ منْ خلالِ تـمكين المفاهيمِ الأصوليةِ والتداوليةِ منْ التحليلِ والتفسيرِ، والتأويل، وكذلكَ كشف مختلف الآلياتِ البيانيةِ، والأساليب التعبيرية ورصدَ كيفيات اشتغالها داخل النّصِ الشّرعيِ أوْ الوضعيِ، بغرض معرفة المنطلقات اللسانية والسياقية والخطابية التي استند إليها الأصوليونَ والتداوليون لتأصيل الإضمار، وضبطِ مفهومهِ ووظائفهِ،وبيان أغراضه. Abstract: :The article aims to investigate the scope of the concept’s contents and the integration that was based on the implicitness between the fundamentalist and deliberative discourses, with the aim of clarifying its newly defined differences, knowing the paths leading to its definition, and understanding its rhetorical objectives that each one of them aims to reach. This is by enabling fundamentalist and pragmatic concepts to analyze, explain, and interpret, as well as revealing various graphic mechanisms and expressive methods, and monitoring how they operate within the legal or positive text, with the aim of knowing the linguistic, contextual, and rhetorical starting points that fundamentalists and pragmatics relied on to establish implicitness, control its concept, and define its functions.
