Abstract
: Electronic commercial records have become a key legal mechanism adopted by modern legislation to keep pace with electronic commerce. They now rival traditional paper registers by officially documenting traders’ data and enhancing transparency and credibility in online transactions. These records serve as legal evidence to prove commercial activity and trader status in case of disputes, thus reinforcing digital trust—provided that adequate legal and technical safeguards are ensured.
