Abstract

الملخص: التوقيع الإلكتروني وحجيته الثبوتية في معاملات التجارة الإلكترونية. أفرزت التجارة الإلكترونية مفاهيم جديدة تتماشى مع الخصوصيات التي تتميز بها معاملاتها، ومن هذه المفاهيم التوقيع الإلكتروني الذي يعتبر وسيلة إثبات لها، ونظرا لما تطرحه المعاملات الإلكترونية من إشكالات خاصة في مجال الثقة، فإنه كان لزاما على المتعاملين في مجالها إيجاد ضمانات تقنية تعزز الثقة في هذا النوع من المعاملات. الكلمات المفتاحية: التوقيع الإلكتروني – التشفير – المصادقة الإلكترونية – شهادات المصادقة الإلكترونية Abstract : The tecnical Guarranties to Accredit The Electronic Signature as a means to prove the Electronic Trade Dealings The electronic tarde had resulted new concepts adapted to the specifities featured their dealings, and among these concepts the electronic signature which is considered as a tool or a mean of evidences of them, and due to what the electronic dealings imposed of special problems in the aspect of confidence.so ; it is obligatory upon the dealers in its field to find guarranties enhancing this type of dealings.
