Electronic Consumer Obligation To Receive In Electronic Commerce Contracts In Accordance With Law 18-05 Relating To Electronic Commerce

Abstract

The legislator has been interested in regulating electronic commerce contracts in law 18-05 on electronic commerce. In our research is limited to trying to understand the rules for implementing the e-consumer obligation. The subject will be studies in two sections. The first topic, defining the concept of receipt in electronic commerce contracts. The second topic, the implementation of the electronic consumer, the commitment to receive in electronic commerce contracts, which includes the parties to these contracts, and the time and place of implementing these contracts
