The Role Of Business Valley In Promoting Entrepreneurship And Startups Development In Algeria

Abstract
:This study aims to examine the role of Business Valley Incubator in fostering innovation and supporting startups in Algeria. The research seeks to evaluate how the incubator contributes to entrepreneurship development through training, mentoring, and facilitating access to investors and partners. Using a deductive method and both quantitative and qualitative approaches, the study found that the incubator has significantly contributed to empowering young entrepreneurs, creating job opportunities, and promoting entrepreneurial culture. However, it also faces challenges such as limited financial resources, difficulties in project selection, and weak institutional coordination. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance the incubator’s effectiveness within Algeria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem
