This study analyzes change management within Sonatrach, the Algerian national oil company, with a focus on the integration of technological, human, and organizational dimensions. Lewin’s Change Management Model (unfreezing, change, refreezing) was applied as the conceptual framework. The study adopted a descriptive–analytical approach, drawing on both theoretical and field sources. Findings reveal that Sonatrach faced major challenges related to resistance to change, limited digital skills, and fragmented information systems. The study further shows that adopting a comprehensive strategic plan—centered on developing digital infrastructure, training employees, and enhancing internal communication—constitutes the key to successful digital transformation and improved organizational performance.
