الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الضمانات الدستورية للحق في بيئة صحية من منظور تاريخي مقارن، مع التركيز على الجزائر وفرنسا ومصر، وسيتم استعراض تطور النصوص الدستورية المتعلقة بالبيئة في هذه الدول وكيف تفاعلت الفكر القانوني مع التحولات البيئية والاجتماعية، كما تدرس الجذور التاريخية للحق في البيئة ضمن الفكر الدستوري، وتقيم فعالية هذه الضمانات في كل حالة. Abstract: This research examines the constitutional guarantees of the right to a healthy environment through a historical and comparative lens, focusing on Algeria, France, and Egypt; it analyzes the evolution of relevant constitutional texts, exploring how legal thought in these countries has responded to environmental and social changes. The study also investigates the historical roots of the right to the environment in constitutional law and assesses the effectiveness of these guarantees in each case.
