Abstract

Abstract: Law No. 24-01, which outlines special measures for obtaining alimony, is one of the key texts reflecting the state's role in protecting the family through strictly judicial conditions and procedures. It places the Alimony Fund under the Ministry of Justice, allowing the State to subsidiarity pay financial dues in certain cases under specific legal rules. ملخص باللغة العربية: يعد القانون رقم 24-01 المتضمن تدابير خاصة للحصول على النفقة من أهم النصوص التي تجسد دور الدولة في حماية الأسرة وفق شروط وإجراءات قضائية محضة. ذلك أنه جعل صندوق النفقة تحت وصاية وزارة العدل، فتتدخل الدولة احتياطيا لدفع المستحقات المالية في حالات معينة، وفق ضوابط محددة.
