دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الحد من مخاطر المناولة الصناعية للمؤسسات الآمرة -دراسة حالة مصفاة سبع البترولية بولاية أدرار-

الملخص
تسعى الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الحد من المخاطر التي تواجه أنشطة المؤسسات المنتهجة لأسلوب المناولة، ونخص بالذكر المؤسسات الآمرة (الطالبة للخدمة)، فمن خلاله تم تسليط الضوء على أهمية المناولة الصناعية كاستراتيجية تشابكية وتشاركية هادفة لربط الصلة بين المؤسسات الكبيرة (الآمرة) والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة (المناوِلة) ومدى مساهمة هذه الاستراتيجية التشاركية في التنمية الاقتصادية، ثم التطرق لأهم المخاطر الناجمة عن الدخول في هذه العلاقة التشاركية، حيث تم الوقوف على جوهر الدراسة من خلال إجراء اختبار باستخدام استبيان تم توجيهه لعينة قصدية مختارة من شركة تكرير البترول المتواجدة بإقليم (اسبع) بولاية أدرار، وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر طردي قوي نسبيا دال إحصائياً للمسؤولية الاجتماعية على مخاطر المناولة الصناعية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 في الشركة، قدرت نسبته بـ 67.5%. This study seeks to highlight the role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in mitigating the risks faced by companies that adopt Outsourcing practices, particularly focusing on the contracting (ordering) companies. The study sheds light on the importance of industrial Outsourcing as an interactive and participatory strategy aimed at linking large (contracting) enterprises with small and medium-sized Outsourcing enterprises, and the extent to which this collaborative strategy contributes to economic development. It also explores the main risks arising from engaging in such partnerships. The core of the study was addressed through a test based on a questionnaire directed at a purposive sample from the oil refining company located in the Sebaa region of Adrar Province. The findings revealed a relatively strong and statistically significant positive impact of corporate social responsibility on the risks associated with industrial Outsourcing, with a significance level of 0.05 and an effect estimated at 67.5%.
