فرص وتحديات تبني الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات الناشئة الجزائرية

الملخص
تشهد الجزائر نموا تدريجيا في عدد المؤسسات الناشئة، بدعم مبادرات حكومية مثل المرصد الوطني وصندوق التمويل الخاص بها، وتبرز هذه المؤسسات في توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتعزيز الابتكار والنمو. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم نمو واستدامة المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، مع تحديد مجالات استخدامه والتحديات والفرص المتاحة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات وتحليل المؤشرات ذات الصلة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يرفع كفاءة المؤسسات الناشئة ويعزز تنافسيتها خاصة في تحليل البيانات وأتمتة العمليات، لكن محدودية التمويل وضعف البنية الرقمية ونقص الخبرات تمثل عوائق رئيسية. أوصت الدراسة بـتعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتوفير برامج تدريب متخصصة، وإنشاء حاضنات أعمال تقنية، بما يضمن دمج هذه التقنيات في الاقتصاد الوطني ودعم التحول الرقمي. Algeria is witnessing gradual growth in the number of startups, supported by government initiatives such as the National Observatory and its dedicated funding programs. These startups are distinguished by their use of artificial intelligence technologies to enhance innovation and growth. The research aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence in supporting the growth and sustainability of startups in Algeria, identifying its areas of application as well as the challenges and opportunities available. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach through a review of the literature and an analysis of relevant indicators. The results revealed that artificial intelligence increases the efficiency of startups and strengthens their competitiveness, particularly in data analysis and process automation. However, limited funding, weak digital infrastructure, and a shortage of expertise remain major obstacles. The study recommended strengthening digital infrastructure, providing specialized training programs, and establishing technology business incubators to ensure the integration of these technologies into the national economy and support digital transformation.
