Abstract
In a world where women's rights have become a central focus of global discussions, it is notable that some instances of grave violations prompt significant mobilization, while others are largely neglected. An analysis of the violations faced by Palestinian women living under occupation clearly highlights a stark double standard in both social and political discourse. This article highlights the double standard in the treatment of international conflicts, specifically emphasizing the situation of Palestinian women in Gaza after October 7, and the Israeli attacks that have destroyed the city's infrastructure and caused the deaths of thousands.
