Abstract
This study aims to address the electoral provisions that enshrine transparency in the electoral process during the preparatory phase for the election of members of parliament To exercise representative, legislative and supervisory functions by addressing the provisions of Ordinance 21-01 on the electoral system, which included new provisions devoted to integrity, transparency and democracy of the electoral process through its various preliminary and subsequent stages and thus achieve the quality of parliamentary representation, One of the foundations of the democratic system that represents popular sovereignty, Through a democratic electoral system that enhances the quality of parliamentary representation and exercise of electoral appeals during this stage as a mechanism to embody electoral integrity.
