Abstract
Abstract : The election of the members of the National People's Assembly constitutes is an extremely important in democracy systems,, given the basic tasks carried out by the elected representatives of the people in holding the government accountable on the basis of public and popular will, as well as legislation on behalf of the people and for its benefit, and therefore the legislator surrounded it with a number of basic conditions and measures that undoubtedly affect the composition of the Council and also its performance , which is what we seek to address through this study. ملخص: يشكل انتخاب أعضاء المجلس الشعبي الوطني أهمية بالغة في النظم الديمقراطية ، بالنظر لتلك المهام الاساسية التي يضطلع بها ممثلوا الشعب المنتخبون في محاسبة الحكومة استنادا للارادة العامة و الشعبية ، وأيضا التشريع باسم الشعب و لمصلحته ، ولذلك أحاطها المشرع بجملة من الشروط و التدابير الاساسية التي تؤثر بلا شك في تشكيلة المجلس و أيضا على أدائه، و هو ما نسعى لمعالجته من خلال هاته الدراسة.
