الملخص: إن إشكالية تكرار نتائج البحوث العلمية القانونية تثير العديد من التساؤلات حول مصداقية هذه الأبحاث ومدى قدرتها على تقديم إضافات حقيقية للمعرفة العلمية القانونية، فبينما يرى البعض أن تكرار النتائج يعكس أزمة في المصداقية، حيث يُفترض أن تكون الأبحاث القانونية دقيقة ومبنية على أسس منهجية قوية، يعتبر آخرون أن هذا التكرار قد يكون نتيجة لنقص في التنوع المنهجي أو استخدام أدوات بحثية غير كافية، لذا كان من الضروري تقييمه بشكل شامل، مع التركيز على تحسين الأساليب البحثية وتعزيز الشفافية في النتائج لتحقيق الجودة المعرفية في المجال القانوني. Abstract: The issue of repetition in the outcomes of legal scientific research raises numerous questions about the credibility of such studies and their ability to provide genuine contributions to legal scientific knowledge. While some argue that the repetition of results reflects a crisis of credibility, given that legal research is expected to be precise and based on robust methodological foundations, others believe that this repetition may stem from a lack of methodological diversity or the use of inadequate research tools. Therefore, it is essential to comprehensively evaluate this phenomenon, with a focus on improving research methods and enhancing transparency in results to achieve high-quality knowledge in the legal field.
