Abstract: Training law students at Algerian universities in the skills they need for the job market is an urgent necessity to keep pace with contemporary challenges in the legal profession. These skills include legal analysis, legal writing, persuasion, negotiation, and effective communication, which are essential tools for professional success. However, the main issue lies in the gap between traditional academic education and the demands of the job market, as law schools often focus on theoretical teaching without sufficient emphasis on practical applications. This shortcoming leads to graduates lacking the necessary practical competencies, negatively impacting the quality of scientific research and their professional effectiveness. The study reached several key findings, the most important being that Combining theoretical and practical education is the optimal solution to prepare qualified lawyers, judges, and legal advisors who can adapt to the needs of the times and achieve excellence in their careers.
