الملخص

الملخص:يهدف هذا البحث إلى الاطلاع على مستوى الممارسة لدى أستاذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمهارات التدريسية ، وكذا التعرف على فرق المتوسطات في مستوى ممارستهم لمهارات التدريس تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، الطور التعليمي، الخبرة المهنية)، استعمل المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، عينة البحث كانت 66 أستاذ تربية بدنية في الطور الثانوي بولاية بسكرة، في الأخير توصلنا إلى أن: مهارات التدريس عند أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية تتميز بدرجة مرتفعة من الممارسة كما أنه،لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ممارستهم لمهارات التدريس تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، الطور التعليمي، والخبرة المهنية. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of physical education and sports professor’s practice of teaching skills, and to know the difference in averages in the level of their practice of teaching skills according to the variables (gender, educational stage, professional experience). The descriptive approach was used. In the study, the research sample was 66 physical education teachers in the secondary stage in the state of Biskra. Finally, we concluded that: The teaching skills of the physical education and sports teachers are characterized by a high degree of practice. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of their practice of teaching skills depending on the variables. Gender, educational level, and professional experience.
