The Digital Transition In Algeria Challenges And Opportunities

Abstract
The digital transition is a global phenomenon that is redefining the economic, social and political structures of countries. For Algeria, this transformation has become a strategic imperative, not only to modernize its infrastructure and services, but also to diversify its economy and strengthen its competitiveness on the international scene. This study aims to analyse in depth the challenges and opportunities associated with the digital transition in Algeria. We look at the challenges inherent in this shift, such as infrastructure, skills, and cyber-security, while highlighting the many opportunities it presents for economic growth, improving public services, and spurring innovation. The objective is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current and future dynamics of digitization in Algeria, based on recent data.
