الملخص
Mutual legal assistance provided within the framework of combating the crime of money laundering is the procedure from which the counter-efforts begin. It serves as the foundation for uncovering and prosecuting this crime, acting as a means of international investigation into evidence of this transnational crime. This relies on gathering various pieces of evidence and related information, as well as taking the necessary measures within the framework of international cooperation to combat it, in accordance with the provisions stipulated in international conventions and the provisions of the Palestinian and Algerian laws. This ensures the effective, rapid, and timely execution of assistance, while maintaining confidentiality and respecting the laws of the concerned state.
