The Role Of Digital Platforms Integrated With Artificial Intelligence Technologies In Detecting Fake News “misbar” Platform As A Model

Abstract
This study aims to highlight the pattern of dual use of artificial intelligence and its role in the field of spreading and combating fake news and deep fakes by electronic platforms, in this descriptive and analytical study, we chose one of the most famous Arab platforms specialized in combating fake news and exposing deep fakes of all types, levels and degrees , it is “Misbar” platform, and this was done by applying the survey method using the content analysis tool on the platform’s website pages, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: “Misbar” website is a leading Arab platform in confronting fake news and detecting deep fakes, this is thanks to the commitment of the member work team to the highest journalistic standards and their professional use of various artificial intelligence techniques as an effective and counter-tool. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز نمط الاستخدام المزدوج لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي ودورها في مجال نشر الأخبار الزائفة والتزييف العميق من جهة والتصدي لها عن طريق منصات إلكترونية متخصصة من جهة أخرى ، واخترنا في هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية واحدة من أشهر الـمنصات العربية المتخصصة في محاربة الأخبار الزائفة وكشف التزييف العميق بكل أنواعه ومختلف مستوياته ودرجاته ، وهي منصة مسبار وهذا بتطبيق المنهج المسحي بأداة تحليل المضمون على صفحات موقع المنصة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : موقع مسبار هو منصة عربية رائدة في مواجهة الأخبار الزائفة وكشف التزييف العميق وهذا بفضل التزام فريق العمل بأعلى المعايير الصحفية واستخدامهم الاحترافي لمختلف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي كأداة فعالة ومضادة .
