The Strategy Of The Algerian State For Information Security- Risks And Challenges

Abstract
This study tackles the mechanisms of implementing the information security strategy in Algeria by showing its features, vision, elements, fields of application, and the challenges and obstacles that face it. In this regard, we conducted an analytical study on the Army Magazine and used a purposive sample that included 16 issues from 2020 to 2023. Besides, we used the content analysis and found out that the information security in Algeria is one of the new challenges the state aims at developing to combat the cyber risks. Besides, in presenting the army strategy for information security, the Army Magazine insists on increasing awareness about the importance of protecting the electronic devices because the citizens are vital for the success of the strategy. Finally, it is necessary to develop the army, invest in the youths, and secure the social media
