الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى استعراض مجموعة من اضطرابات صورة الجسد التي تعتبر مهمة جدا في بناء الشخصية وركن أساسيا في تشكل الهوية، وقد تعتبر مؤشرا أساسيا من مؤشرات الصحة والمرض النفسي، فيمكن لهذه الصورة أن تصاب بعدة اضطرابات وعلى عكس ما هو شائع فإن اضطراب صورة الجسد لا يتمثل فقط في اضطراب تشوه الجسم بل قد تتعدد الاضطرابات. ونستعرض بعض هذه الاضطرابات بداية بأحد اضطرابات مخطط الجسد ثم اضطراب تشوه الجسد وأشكاله المختلفة والجسد المجزأ واسهامات جاك لاكان (J. Lacan) ثم اضطرابات الحدود، والصورة اللاشعورية للجسد وأخيرا الأنا جلد ووظائفه واضطراباته، ما يعطي صورة أوضح واشمل عن هذا الاضطراب واعراضه للممارسين والباحثين في المجال على حد سواء. ونقترح من خلال هذال المقال ان يهتم الممارسين النفسانيين بهذا المتغير واخذه في الحسبان اثناء تعاملهم مع الحالات العيادية المختلفة. This article aims to review a set of body image disorders that are highly significant in personality development and constitute a fundamental cornerstone in the formation of identity. They may also serve as key indicators of mental health or illness. Contrary to common belief, body image disorder is not limited to body dysmorphic disorder alone, as multiple forms of disturbances may affect this image. We will discuss several of these disorders, beginning with one of the body schema disorders, then body dysmorphic disorder and its various forms, the fragmented body and (J. Lacan) contributions, followed by boundary disorders and the unconscious image of the body, and finally the “skin ego,” its functions and disorders. This comprehensive overview offers a clearer and more integrated understanding of body image disturbances and their manifestations, both for practitioners and researchers in the field. Through this article, we suggest that mental health practitioners give particular attention to this variable and take it into consideration when working with various clinical cases.
