الملخص
التقويم عنصر أساسي من عناصر المنهاج، لا يستغنى عنه في العمليّة التّعليميّة التّعلميّة وهو عامل مهم في اتّخاذ القرارات المناسبة، وإصدار الأحكام بغية تعديل السلوكات، وإصلاح مواطن الضعف، أو تثمين نقاط القوة، وهو جزء ملازم لها في جميع مراحلها، حيث يقف على مدى تحقق الأهداف والكفايات التعليمية ونواتج التعلم، وملاحظة القدرة على الإنجاز وتوظيف التعلمات في شتى مناحي الحياة. نسعى في هذا المقال إلى التعرف على أهمية التقويم في المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفايات، وعلى أنواعه وأدواته المعتمدة في تقويم الإنتاج الكتابي للمتعلمين في السنة الخامسة ابتدائي، منطلقين من إشكالية: ما أساليب التقويم المعتمدة في نشاط التعبير الكتابي؟ وما مدى نجاعتها في الممارسات التعليمية؟. Assessment is an essential element of the curriculum. It is an element which cannot be ignored in the teaching-learning process. It is also a significant factor in making appropriate decisions and passing judgment in order to modify behaviors, reform weaknesses, or evaluate strengths. It is a necessary part at all stages, as it stands on the extent to which instructional goals, competencies and learning outcomes are achieved, and on observing the ability to achieve and employ learning in different situations and solving problems that the learner face. This paper aims to identify the significance of Assessment in the primary school in light of competency-based approach. It also tackles types and tools adopted at the written production Assessment of learners in the fifth grade in primary school. The problematic is linked to the following question: what are the assessment methods adopted in written expression activity in the fifth grade at primary school and how effective are they in instructional practices?.
