الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: الأستاذ الدكتور عبد الملك مرتاض أحد أعلام جامعة وهران، وسّع بفكره الثاقب دائرة المعارف في البحث العلمي، وعمل على إثراء المكتبة العربية بأبحاثه ومؤلفاته في الأدب والنقد واللغة؛ ولقد كان التأليف في هذه المواضيع موضوع دراساته في غالب ما كتب، ومركز اهتمامه. ولا أحد يُنكر قيمة الأعمال التي قدّمها للدرس اللغوي؛ فقد أبدى كفاءة عالية في عرض القضايا اللغوية، وطرق جميع العلوم المتعلّقة باللغة العربية ومستوياتها وعلومها مستنطقًا كلّ النصوص القديمة ولا يقدرُ على هذا إلاّ من كان واسعَ الاطّلاع. والمؤلف حاول في كلّ أبحاثه اللغوية أن يُجدّد فيها قصد الوصول إلى تحقيق نتائج تخدم الدرس اللغوي وبالتالي فالهدف من هذا المقال هو إبراز أهم القضايا اللغوية التي طرحها عبد الملك مرتاض بطريقة جديدة، لنتوصل في نهاية البحث إلى نتيجة مفاذها أن العلامة عبد الملك مرتاض تأسيساته الجديدة لقضايا اللغة العربية انبثقت من استنطاقه للتراث اللغوي العربي القديم هذا من جهة ومن جهة تعد اقتراحاته اللغوية سببا في المحافظة على اللغة العربية. الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية:Professor Dr. Abdel Malik Mortad, one of the prominent figures of the University of Oran, expanded the circle of knowledge with his insightful thought In scientific research, he worked to enrich the Arab library with his research and writings in literature, criticism, and language. Writing on these topics was the subject of his studies in most of what he wrote, and the center of his interest. No one denies the value of the works he presented to the linguistic lesson. He showed great competence in presenting linguistic issues and the methods of all sciences related to the Arabic language, its levels and sciences, interpreting all ancient texts, and only those who are well-informed are able to do this. In all his linguistic research, the author tried to renew it with the aim of achieving results that serve the linguistic lesson. Therefore, the aim of this article is to highlight the most important linguistic issues raised by Abd al-Malik Murtad in a new way, so that we can reach at the end of the research a conclusion that the scholar Abd al-Malik Murtad’s new foundations for Arabic language issues emerged from his interrogation of this ancient Arabic linguistic heritage, on the one hand, and on the one hand, his linguistic suggestions. A reason for preserving the Arabic language
