التجربة الإيطالية في تجسيد وتطوير ممارسات الاقتصاد الدائري.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة لتعرف على مفهوم الاقتصاد الدائري كنموذج اقتصادي وإنتاجي جديد يقوم على الاهتمام بالبيئة والمساهمة في تجسيد وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وذلك عبر تقليل الهدر في الموارد واستغلال النفايات الاستهلاكية والصناعية بمختلف الطرق، حيث تم اختيار النموذج الإيطالي كواحد من أهم النماذج والتجارب العالمية التي كانت سباقة في تبني هذا التوجه لتقليل الأعباء على النموذج الخطي. وعبر المعالجة النظرية والتطبيقية توصلت الدارسة إلى أن إيطاليا نجحت بشكل كبير على مدار السنوات الماضية في تطوير ممارسات الاقتصاد الدائري، عبر صياغة استراتيجية متكاملة شملت الجوانب التشريعية، التكنولوجية، المالية والبحث العلمي، حيث حققت نتائج مبهرة خاصة على الصعيد الاقتصادي أين بلغت المداخيل على مدار ستة سنوات أكثر من 66 مليار دولار، توفير أكثر من 500 ألف فرصة عمل، الحد من التلوث والهدر في الموارد، وتعتبر إيطاليا أنموذجا ناجحا لكل البلدان الباحثة على تجسيد الاقتصاد الدائري على أرض الواقع. Abstract This study aimed to understand the concept of the circular economy as a new economic and productive model that focuses on environmental concerns and contributes to the realization of sustainable development by reducing resource waste and utilizing consumer and industrial waste in various ways. The Italian model was chosen as one of the most important global models and experiences that was pioneering in adopting this approach to lessen the burdens of the linear model. Through theoretical and practical analysis, the study found that Italy has successfully developed circular economy practices over the past years by formulating a comprehensive strategy that included legislative, technological, financial, and scientific research aspects. It achieved impressive results, particularly in the economic sphere, where revenues over six years exceeded 66 billion dollars, creating more than 500,000 job opportunities, and reducing pollution and resource waste. Italy is considered a successful model for all countries seeking to implement the circular economy in practice.
