ممارسات الاقتصاد الدائري: عرض بعض التجارب الدولية ( هولندا، الدنمارك، فنلندا) وأهم الدروس المستفادة منها

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض أهم ممارسات الاقتصاد الدائري التي تم تطبيقها في كل من هولندا والدنمارك وفنلندا مع محاولة استخلاص أهم الدروس المستفادة منها، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تجربة كل من هولندا والدنمارك وفنلندا قدمت أفضل الممارسات في مجال الاقتصاد الدائري، ونجاح هاته الدول مرتبط أساسا بتهيئتها لظروف خاصة تتضمن فرض معايير صارمة على إدارة النفايات، اعتماد استراتيجية وطنية مخصصة للاقتصاد الدائري وبمشاركة جميع الأطراف ذات المصلحة، وتوجيه السياسة العامة نحو أنماط الإنتاج والاستهلاك المستدام إضافة إلى ذلك تخصيص هيئات ومنظمات خاصة بالاقتصاد الدائري. This study aimed to review the most important circular economy practices that have been applied in both the Netherlands, Denmark, and Finland with an attempt to to draw the most important lessons learned from them, the study concluded that the experience of the Netherlands, Denmark, and Finland provided the best practices in the field of the circular economy, and the success of these countries is mainly linked to their preparation for special conditions, It includes imposing strict standards on waste management, adopting a national strategy dedicated to the circular economy with the participation of all stakeholders, and directing public policy towards sustainable production and consumption patterns, in addition to allocating bodies and organizations special for the circular economy
