صعوبات التعلم والاستبعاد الاجتماعي: رؤية في علم الاجتماع التربوي Learning Disabilities And Social Exclusion: A Vision In Educational Sociology

الملخص
يمكن القول أن التهميش الاجتماعي يتخذ أشكالا متنوعة ومن بينها الاستبعاد الاجتماعي الذي يعتبر مفهوما محوريا في علم الاجتماع، والمؤسسات المنتجة له والمرتبطة به متعددة ومن بين هذه المؤسسات نجد المدرسة لما تقوم به من عمليتي الفرز والوصم الاجتماعي وإعادة الإنتاج ، ومخرجاتها لا يقتصر تأثيرها على مرحلة من المراحل وإنما يلازم الإنسان طول حياته، فرغم اعتبار المدرسة مؤسسة من مؤسسات الحراك والترقية الاجتماعية، إلا أنها أيضا هي مؤسسة من مؤسسات إعادة الإنتاج والوصم والاستبعاد الاجتماعي من خلال ما يعرف بالتسرب المدرسي والذي قد يكون أحد أسبابه صعوبات التعلم. ونظرا لأهمية هذا الأمر تناولنا في مداخلتنا هذه علاقة صعوبات التعلم بالاستبعاد الاجتماعي في إطار رؤية سوسيولوجية تنطلق من مفهوم الوظائف الظاهرة والكامنة لروبرت ميرتون ونظرية إعادة الإنتاج لبيير بورديو وزميله باسرون. كما نبهت الدراسة على الآثار المترتبة عن الاستبعاد الاجتماعي الممارس من طرف المدرسة خاصة العنف المجتمعي والجريمة وضعف الانتماء وانخفاض التضامن. It can be said that social marginalization takes different forms, including social exclusion, which is considered a central concept in sociology, and the institutions that produce it and are associated with it are many, and among these institutions we find the school because of the processes of sorting, social stigmatization and reproduction, and its outputs are not limited to one of the stages, but accompany a person throughout his or her life, so although the school is an institution of social mobility and promotion, it is also an institution of reproduction, stigmatization and social exclusion through what is known as school dropout, which can be caused by learning difficulties. Given the importance of this issue, in this intervention we addressed the relationship between learning disabilities and social exclusion within the framework of a sociological vision based on the concept of apparent and latent functions of Robert Merton and the theory of reproduction of Pierre Bourdieu and his colleague Passeron. The study also drew attention to the consequences of social exclusion practiced by the school, especially social violence, delinquency, lack of belonging and low solidarity.
