"بين الذكاء الاصطناعي وحوكمة الشركات: "تحول بارز في ترشيد القرارات"

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الى استكشاف دور التكامل بين الذكاء الاصطناعي وحوكمة الشركات في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة، في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية المتسارعة وتعقيدات البيئة الاقتصادية اذ لم يعد اتخاذ القرار يعتمد على الخبرة البشرية فقط، بل أصبح يستند الى التحليل الذكي للبيانات الضخمة، مما يعزز دقة القرارات وسرعة تنفيذها. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من هذه التقنيات دون إطار حوكمي محكم يضمن الاستخدام الأخلاقي والفعال، ويحد من المخاطر المصاحبة لهذا التحول الرقمي. وأظهرت نتائج البحث ان الذكاء الاصطناعي يسهم في تحسين استراتيجيات التنبؤ بالأزمات وإدارة المخاطر من خلال تحليل البيانات الضخمة واستنباط رؤى استشرافية، مما يساعد الشركات على تبني استراتيجيات استباقية تحد من الاضرار كما يعزز الشفافية عبر توفير معلومات دقيقة تقلل فرص التلاعب، ويقوي الرقابة المؤسسية بفضل الأنظمة الذكية التي يكشف التجاوزات والانحرافات بسرعة وكفاءة. بناء على ذلك، فان دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن اطر الحوكمة يعدد ضرورة لضمات قرارات مستدامة ومسؤولة تواكب متطلبات بيئة الاعمال. Abstract: This research aims to explore the role of integrating artificial intelligence AI and corporate governance in enhancing tecision-making within organizations, amidst rapid technological advancements and the complexities of the economic environment, decision-makingis no longer solely reliant on human expertise but has increasingly been based on intelligent analysis of big data , which enhances the accuracy and speed of decision execution.however, maximizing the benifits of these technologies requires a robust governance framework that ensures their ethical and effective use while mitigating the risks associated with this digital transformation. The research findings indicate that AI contributes to improving crisis prediction strategies and risk management by analyzing big data and deriving forward-looking insights, enabling companies to adopt proactive strategies that minimize potential damages. Moreover, AI enhances transparency by providing accurate, reel-time information that reduces the likelihood of manipulation and strengthens institutional oversight through intelligent systems capable of detecting violations and deviations swiftly and efficiently. Consequently, integrating AI within governance frameworks has become essential to ensuring sustainable and responsible decision-making that aligns with the evolving business environment
