دراسة علاقة التوزيع الزمني والمسافات في مهارة الوثب الثلاثي Study Of The Relationship Between The Temporal Distribution Of Mechanical Factors In The Triple Jump Skill

الملخص

الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف على العلاقة الزمنية الميكانيكية لمهارة الوثب الثلاثي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من.لاعبي المنتخب الوطني للوثب الثلاثي. ، وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (5) فرد. أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، أستخدم الباحث التصوير والتحليل الحركى كأداة لجمع البيانات . أهم النتائج : 1- وجود ارتباط طردي قوي بين زمن الطيران والمسافة الكلية، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط البسيط (0.95) 2- وجود ارتباط قوي عكسي بين زمن الارتكاز والمسافة الكلية، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط البسيط (-0.86). 3- أن الزيادة في أي مرحلة مراحل الوثب الثلاثي (الحجلة ، الخطوة ، الوثبة ) تتوفق علي العلاقة بين زمن الطيران وزمن الارتكاز وعلي زمن بقاء مركز الثقل في الهواء (زمن التحليق ) 4- إن الزيادة في زمن الارتكاز يؤدي إلي فقدان كبير في محصلة السرعة الأفقية. التوصيات :- الاهتمام بتحسين زمن الطيران لأهمية زمن الطيران في الانجاز ضرورة وضع برامج تدريبية لتقليل من زمن الارتكاز لتحسين مستوى الأداء الكلمات المفتاحية : التوزيع الزمني ، زمن الطيران ، زمن الارتكاز Abstract:  The aim of this study was to identify the temporal distribution of the triple jump skill. The study sample consisted of the players of the national team for the triple jump. , And the number of study sample (5) individuals. , The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher used photography as a data collection tool. Main results: 1. There is a strong correlation between the flight time and the total distance. The simple correlation coefficient (0.95) 2 - There is a strong correlation between the reversal time and total distance, where the value of simple correlation coefficient (-0.86). 3. The increase at any stage of the three-step jump (hatch, step, jump) matches the relationship between flight time and base time and the survival time of the center of gravity in the air (flight time) 4 - The increase in the lead time leads to a large loss in the result of horizontal speed. Recommendations: 1 - interest in improving the flight time of the importance of flight time in completion 2 - the need to develop training programs for the explanation of the time to focus on improving performance Keywords: Time Distribution, Flight Time, Base Time
