بايوميكانيك قفزة اليدين الخلفية بين الماهرين وغير الماهرين في الجمباز الفني

الملخص
الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو المقارنة البايوميكانيكية بين أداءات قفزة اليدين الخلفية للماهرين وغير المهارين لدى لاعبي الجمباز الشباب. شارك في هذه الدراسة تسعة عشر لاعب جمباز من اتحاد الجمباز العراقي من مدينة ميسان والبصرة ،. تم تصنيف تسع من المشاركين كلاعبي غير ماهرين بينما تم تصنيف عشر منهم على أنهم لاعبي ماهرين. استخدمت في هذه الدراسة كاميرا نوع ايفون 11 برو سرعتها 240 صورة بالثانية. ومنصة قوة. وتم استخدام اختبارات t لعينات مستقلة. أظهرت النتائج الإحصائية وجود فرق كبير في متوسطات المجموعتين المهاهرين وغير الماهرين لقوة رد الفعل الارضية وزمن الذروة. وجد أن ذروة قوة رد الفعل الارضية كانت أعلى في المجموعة غير الماهرين مقارنة بالمجموعة الماهرين. وعلى العكس من ذلك، وجد أن قيم زمن الذروة كانت أعلى في المجموعة الماهرين.. وجدت فروق كبيرة بين المجموعتين في سرعات الذروة الخطية لمتغيرات المرفق والرسغ والورك والكاحل. يمكن أن نستنتج أن هناك اختلافات بين أداءات قفزة اليدين الخلفية من الثبات بين الماهرين وغير الماهرين. وبشكل أكثر تحديدًا، هناك اختلافات في قوة رد الفعل الارضي ووقت الذرة والسرعات الخطية للمرفق والرسغ والورك والكاحل بين المجموعات. السرعة التي يؤدي بها اللاعب مناورة لها تأثير على مقدار القوة والوقت اللازم للوصول إلى ذروة القوة ووقت ملامسة اليد. The purpose of this study was to compare the biomechanical performances of the back handspring jump in skilled and unskilled young gymnasts. Nineteen gymnasts from the Iraqi Gymnastics Federation from Maysan and Basra cities participated in this study. Nine of the participants were classified as unskilled players while ten of them were classified as skilled players. An iPhone 11 Pro camera with a speed of 240 frames per second was used in this study. A force platform was used. Independent samples t-tests were used. The statistical results showed a significant difference in the means of the two groups, skilled and unskilled, for ground reaction force and peak time. It was found that the peak ground reaction force was higher in the unskilled group compared to the skilled group. Conversely, it was found that the peak time values were higher in the skilled group. Significant differences were found between the two groups in the linear peak velocities of the elbow, wrist, hip and ankle variables. It can be concluded that there are differences in the performance of the standing backhand jump between skilled and unskilled individuals. More specifically, there are differences in ground reaction force, atom time, and linear velocities of the elbow, wrist, hip, and ankle between groups. The speed at which an athlete performs a maneuver has an effect on the amount of force, the time to peak force, and the time to hand contact.
