الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تقديم إطار عمل نظري وتطبيقي يربط بين الذكاء الإقتصادي والإبتكار والتكيف الحضري لتحقيق التنافسية المستدامة في المدن الذكية، كما تستكشف مفهوم الذكاء الإقتصادي كأداة محورية لجمع وتحليل المعلومات الإستراتيجية مما يمكن المدن من إتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة، تدعم الإبتكار في مختلف القطاعات الحضرية وتساهم في بناء مرونة حضرية، كما تقترح الدراسة نموذج يوضح كيف يمكن لمكونات الذكاء الإقتصادي أن تساهم في تعزيز القدرة الإبتكارية للمدن، والمتطلبات الأساسية لتطبيق هذا الإطار بما في ذلك البنية التحتية التكنولوجية ورأس المال البشري والحوكمة الرشيدة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تبني إطار عمل قائم على الذكاء الإقتصادي يوفر للمدن الذكية ميزة تنافسية مستدامة تمكنها من مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية بفعالية وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة. The study aims to provide a theoretical and applied framework that links economic intelligence, innovation, and urban adaptation to achieve sustainable competitiveness in smart cities. It also explores the concept of economic intelligence as a pivotal tool for collecting and analyzing strategic information, enabling cities to make informed decisions that support innovation across various urban sectors and contribute to building urban resilience. The study also proposes a model that illustrates how economic intelligence components can contribute to enhancing cities' innovative capacity and the basic requirements for implementing this framework, including technological infrastructure, human capital, and good governance. The study concludes that adopting a framework based on economic intelligence provides smart cities with a sustainable competitive advantage, enabling them to effectively address future challenges and achieve comprehensive development.
