أدوات التمكين في قصة ذو القرنين

الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث إلى استجلاء أدوات التمكين كما عرضتها قصة ذو القرنين في سورة الكهف، من خلال تتبع دقيق للآيات (83–98) وتحليلها في سياقها القرآني، وتوظيفها في بيان ركائز التمكين الحضاري كما يقدمها القرآن الكريم. يهدف البحث إلى استثمار هذه القصة في ترشيد واقع الأمة الإسلامية المعاصر، وإعادة تفعيل دورها الريادي في بناء الحضارة. وقد أظهر البحث أنّ التمكين في الأرض لا يتحقق عشوائيًا أو بوسائل القوة المجردة، بل يتطلب حزمة من الأدوات المتكاملة التي جسدها ذو القرنين في قيادته، وأهمها: الأخذ بالأسباب، وإقامة العدل، واستثمار الموارد البشرية والطبيعية، والاعتماد على العلم، وتقديم المعونة، والعمل، كل ذلك مبني على ركيزة الإيمان بالله تعالى. وتُبرز الآيات جوانب معرفية شتى تمتع بها ذو القرنين، كالتمكن الجغرافي، والفهم السياسي، والعلوم الهندسية، والتواصل الحضاري، مما يعكس قيادة شمولية جامعة بين الكفاءة الإدارية والتقوى الإيمانية، وكما أكدت القصة على أن الصفات الشخصية للقائد—كالتواضع، والحكمة، والشفافية، والنزاهة التي هي من أهم أركان استمرار التمكين واستحقاق التأييد الإلهي. ويبرز البحث الجانب الجيوسياسي من خلال دراسة السدّ الذي بناه ذو القرنين، كتحصين دفاعي يعكس فهمًا متقدمًا للأمن القومي، ويُعدّ سابقة قرآنية لمفهوم “التحصينات الإقليمية” الحديثة. وخلص البحث إلى أن قصة ذي القرنين تمثل نموذجًا تطبيقيًا متكاملاً للتمكين القرآني، يمكن أن يُعاد توظيفه في نهضة الأمة، شريطة الجمع بين الإيمان، والعلم، والعمل. This research aims to explore the tools of empowerment as presented in the story of Dhul-Qarnayn in Surah Al-Kahf (verses 83–98), through a precise and contextual analysis of the Quranic narrative. It seeks to utilize this account as a framework for guiding the contemporary Muslim Ummah towards reclaiming its civilizational leadership and correcting its course. The study reveals that true empowerment on earth is not achieved randomly or through brute force, but rather through a comprehensive set of principles embodied by Dhul-Qarnayn, namely: adherence to causes (asbāb), justice, investment in human and natural resources, scientific knowledge, offering assistance, active labor, and sincere reliance upon God. The verses highlight various domains of knowledge possessed by Dhul-Qarnayn, including geographic mastery, political wisdom, engineering sciences, and intercultural communication—showcasing a holistic leadership model that integrates administrative competence with deep faith and moral integrity. The story also emphasizes that the personal attributes of the leader—such as humility, wisdom, transparency, and integrity—are essential for sustained empowerment and divine support. The research further examines the geopolitical dimension through the analysis of the barrier built by Dhul-Qarnayn as a form of defensive infrastructure, reflecting a profound understanding of regional security—an early Quranic precedent of modern border fortification concepts. The study concludes that the story of Dhul-Qarnayn offers a comprehensive, Quranically grounded model of empowerment, whose principles can be reactivated to rebuild the Ummah’s strength—provided there is a fusion of faith, action, knowledge, and a commitment to justice and constructive civilizational engagement.
