أثر أخطاء الصحابة على العدالة "دراسة تأصيلية"

الملخص
يقوم هذا البحث على تتبع المشاهد التي وردت في صحيحي البخاري ومسلم والتي تناولت أخطاء صدرت من الصحابة الكرام رضوان الله عليهم بغرض دراسة هذه الأخطاء وبيان كيفية تعامل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم معها وبيان أثرها على العدالة. وتبين بعد البحث أنّ العدالة لا تعني العصمة, وأنّ صدور الأخطاء من الصحابة لا يقدح فيها بل ورود هذه الأخطاء هو دليل على بشريتهم. وقد لمسنا من خلال تحليل هذه الظاهرة عند هذه الصفوة وبيان منهج النّبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في التعامل مع الأخطاء أنّه لم يخرجهم عن عدالتهم ولم يُنقص من قدرهم. The Effect of sahabeh(companions) mistakes on justice "An original study" This research is built on following the events which were mentioned in Sahih al-Bukhari(Al-Bukhari authentic) and sahih muslim (Muslim authentic) that which spoke about the mistakes that were made by the sahabeh(companions of the prophet) in order to study those mistakes and show how the prophet had dealt with those mistakes and to show how it effected justice. It was clear to us justice doesn't necessarily means immunity and those mistakes made by the companions are proof of their humanity. and we felt by analyzing this phenomenon among the companions and demonstrating how the prophet dealt with the their mistakes that those mistakes did not made them unjust or diminished their ranks
