الملخص
Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the level of professional satisfaction among middle school teachers in the state of Tlemcen and to reveal differences in professional satisfaction according to some demographic variables represented by gender, seniority. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The professional satisfaction measure of Salem Al-Fahd was applied. The study sample consisted of From 160 randomly selected professors, the data were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results indicated: Middle school teachers in the state of Tlemcen are characterized by a low level of professional satisfaction. The study also found that there are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of professional satisfaction due to the variables: gender, seniority in education. .
